Blaine County Democrats are gearing up for their annual Clint Stennett Social that will help raise money to fund a Democratic headquarters this election cycle.
The event will be held on Friday, May 4, starting at 6 p.m. at the Valley Club near Hailey. The event will offer an opportunity for voters and the public to meet Democratic candidates who will be running in 2018.
The cost is $50 per person, and $30 for people who are under 30 years of age. All proceeds will benefit renting the headquarters.
To RSVP, contact Janie Davidson by emailing her at email@example.com, or by calling 208-309-0350.
The event is named after Clint Stennett, a longtime legislator who represented Blaine County in the Idaho Senate.
Stennett died in 2010, and was replaced by his wife, Senate Minority Leader Michelle Stennett, D-Ketchum. Clint Stennett represented Blaine County in the Senate for almost 20 years.
