It is a Time for Action
Our current political climate is fraught with uncertainty. Yet, it also offers an opportunity. Recent actions like the Women’s March on Washington have exposed the deep seated desire of millions of women (and many men) to organize against our current political leadership. It is a chance to effect change by taking a greater role in the political process. The Idaho Democratic Women’s Caucus exists for this purpose. It is calling on motivated Democratic Women in Idaho to assemble at the Annual Membership Meeting on March 12. Together, we can change Idaho’s Government from the inside out.
About the IDWC
The IDWC works to achieve the following objectives:
- advocating for women’s issues
- educating women about the Democratic Party
- supporting Democratic candidates
- preparing women to successfully run for office
In addition to enjoying a great breakfast and discussion, you* will help elect individuals to fill IDWC leadership positions. If you would like to be a candidate for leadership, take a look at the details in the next section of this article.
