We Support Ron Taylor, Ned Burns and Chris Hansen in District 26

As President of the Idaho Democratic Women’s Caucus, I am proud to declare our support for Ron Taylor for Idaho Senate, Ned Burns and Chris Hansen for the Idaho House of Representatives. These three individuals bring valuable skills and deep dedication to our community, making them outstanding choices for District 26.

Ron Taylor served with distinction as a firefighter in Hailey for 26 years. In his first term as Senator, his dedication to public service and ability to work as part of a team served him well representing our valley. For the past 50 years we have benefitted from the fantastic work of District 26 Democratic Senators John Peavey, Clint Stennett and Michelle Stennett. To continue this greatness, we need to re-elect Ron Taylor for Senate.

Ned Burns was the Mayor of Bellevue prior to being elected as our Representative and never based his response to various issues on partisan politics. He understands the needs of our local communities and has a proven track record of working across party lines to get things done. Let’s re-elect Ned Burns for Representative so we can continue to benefit from his steady leadership.

Chris Hansen, a math teacher at Wood River High School, brings firsthand experience from the classroom. As an educator, Chris has seen firsthand the struggles our schools face and will be a tireless advocate for both teachers and students. Voting for Chris Hansen for Representative will continue our proud tradition of sending teachers like Sally Toone, and Donna Pence to Boise. Together, these candidates embody the values and leadership we need in the State Legislature. Ron Taylor in the Senate and Ned Burns and Chris Hansen in the House are the right choices for District 26. Make sure to go vote for the entire Democratic ticket on Election Day.
